Order Processing
After you submit an order, we begin preparing it for shipment within one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in Canada and the United States.
Example: An order placed at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday. An order placed on a Tuesday morning will begin processing the same day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver to two regions only:
- All provinces of Canada (remote areas may add extra time)
- The contiguous United States (the 48 connected states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any territory outside the 48 contiguous states. We also do not ship to any country other than Canada and the United States.
If an order is placed using a freight forwarder address or an address outside these two regions, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for every order. There is no minimum purchase amount required. You will not see any shipping fee added at checkout, and no separate shipping charge will appear on your payment statement.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is four to seven business days for both Canada and the contiguous United States.
These estimates start from the date the carrier picks up your package, not from the date you place your order.
Delivery to remote postal codes may take two to three business days longer than the standard estimate. Remote areas include northern regions of Canadian provinces and rural parts of the midwestern United States.
Shipping Carriers
We do not use a single, fixed shipping carrier. Instead, we randomly select a carrier for each order based on the destination postal code, package weight, and package dimensions. Carriers may include national postal services (Canada Post or USPS) or private couriers (such as UPS or regional delivery companies).
The carrier assigned to your order will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Information
Every order receives a unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier‘s official website to see where your package is in transit. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
If your tracking number shows no movement for five business days after shipment, please contact us by email. Include your order number and the tracking number in your message.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify an address after an order has been submitted. If you realize you made a typo in your address, you must email us within one hour of placing the order. After one hour, the order may already be locked for processing.
If a package is returned to us because the address you provided was incorrect, you may be charged a second shipping fee to resend the package. Alternatively, we can refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee (which we incurred on your behalf).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, take the following steps:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
- Wait two business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages “delivered” before actual delivery.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the carrier confirms delivery but you still cannot locate the package, email us within five business days of the delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Investigations typically take seven to fourteen business days.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect address, no secure drop-off location, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will email you. You may choose to receive a refund (product cost only) or pay for a second shipping label to have the package resent.
Holiday Season Delays
During peak shopping seasons (November through January), delivery times may increase by three to seven business days. Carriers experience high volumes during these months. We recommend placing orders early if you need a package by a specific date.
