Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you physically receive your item to request a return. The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays.
Example: If your package is delivered on May 1, your return request must be submitted by May 31 at 11:59 PM ET.
Which Items Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all three conditions below:
Unused – You have not worn, washed, altered, or used the item in any way.
Original packaging – All original tags, boxes, poly bags, and accessories are included and undamaged.
Quality issue – The item has a verified problem such as:
Manufacturer defect (e.g., broken stitching, faulty zipper, sole separation)
Damage that occurred before delivery (e.g., crushed, torn, stained upon arrival)
Missing parts or components
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstance:
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or pet hair
Items missing original tags or packaging
Returns requested without a quality issue (e.g., “I changed my mind”, “It doesn’t fit”, “I don’t like the color”)
Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such on the product page)
Return Shipping Cost
We offer free returns for all eligible quality-issue returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will not pay any shipping fee to return the item.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. The refund amount will be 100% of what you originally paid for the returned item (excluding any discounts that were applied at checkout).
How to Request a Return – Step by Step
Step 1: Email us at info@stevemaddenn.vip with:
Your order number
The name of the item you wish to return
Clear, well-lit photos showing the quality issue (at least 2 angles)
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 1 business day. If approved, you will receive:
A return authorization (RA) number
A prepaid return shipping label (PDF attachment)
Instructions for packaging and drop-off
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Attach the provided return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier’s drop-off location (e.g., post office, UPS Store, or courier pickup point). Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we issued the refund and you still do not see it in your account:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please:
Return the original item (following the return process above)
