Order Processing Time
All orders placed on this website are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada and the United States). Business days do not include weekends.
Example: If you place an order on Friday at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), processing will begin the following Monday.
Shipping Destinations – Where We Deliver
We currently ship only to valid postal addresses located within:
Canada (all provinces except remote territories may take longer)
The contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories)
We do not offer international shipping to any other countries. Any order attempting to use a freight forwarder or international address will be canceled automatically.
Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping on every order. No minimum purchase amount is required. You will not be charged any separate shipping or handling fee.
Delivery Time After Shipment
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Carriers
We do not use a single fixed carrier. Instead, we randomly assign one of several reputable carriers (such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or regional couriers) based on your location, package weight, and shipping destination. Tracking information will always be provided.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:
A unique tracking number
A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
The name of the assigned carrier
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@stevemaddenn.vip
Incorrect Shipping Address
We cannot modify or correct a shipping address after an order has been placed. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order may already be locked for processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, email us at info@stevemaddenn.vip with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
